The Female Quotient
The Female Quotient is a global organization whose purpose is to advance equality in the workplace by elevating women and working toward real, measurable solutions. During SXSW 2019, Monica Emilienburg Layfield was asked to participate in an FQ Equality Lounge panel discussion - “Empowering Women and Girls in Austin, Texas,” - and Monica spoke to this as it relates to the practice of law.
